Avantè is a high-density residential project in the center of Wollongong, New South Wales. Bevans Real Estate, Colliers International and TQM Design & Construct briefed Icon Visual Marketing to create an identity and marketing strategy for the apartment tower that communicated the modern and forward-thinking design as well as the benefits of living in the former Steel City.
What we did
Icon Visual Marketing delivered the Avantè concept with a robust identity carried across web, digital, print and the built environment. The modern and future-focused brand provided a key point of differentiation in the Wollongong apartment market. In the first week over 30% of the available apartments were sold, a great result for everyone involved.
